The parents of my father, Dimitris Dalatsis and Maria Malkouki, pagazzi Albanians. Their ancestors were from the high mountains of Vithkoukiou Northern Epirus in 1769 in Eastern Thrace. In photographic appendix of the book there are many photos of the family members to Lucky Ebro and returns pagazzi to the village as found in contemporary sources (newspapers, public records and other documentation). Next Sunday 07.12.2014 at 6 pm we present pagazzi our book, the Historical Museum of Alexandroupolis (Avenue Republic 337). Everyone is welcome!
